HOW WE WORK:
Sessions are guided by what is happening in real time and move at a pace that allows for direct contact with your experience.
We might slow things down to notice a sensation in the body, stay with an emotional response, or explore a part that is reacting or trying to manage a situation. I will guide your attention, ask focused questions, and support you in staying with your experience without becoming overwhelmed.
Over time, this work can support a clearer understanding of your patterns and give you more choice in how you respond.
Rather than trying to control or change what arises, we approach your experience with curiosity, allowing different parts of you to be seen and understood in their own way.
