ABOUT ME
ELENA JUNI

(Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust, London)

With a background in engineering and economics, I once thrived as the Financial Director of an international corporation—a driven and successful workaholic. However, the birth of my first child became a pivotal moment, inspiring a profound shift in my life. I left my corporate career, embraced meditation, and began studying craniosacral therapy, becoming a Biomechanical Craniosacral Therapist in Slovakia (2010) and later a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist in the UK (2013).
In Toronto (Canada), I deepened my expertise at the Canadian College of Osteopathy, graduating as valedictorian in 2021 after four years of intensive study and successfully defending my thesis in 2023. My passion for personal growth and healing led me to pursue further certifications in Embodied Intimacy and Relationship Coaching, the Somatic Trauma Therapy and Mentorship Program (all through The Embody Lab, USA), as well as Internal Family Systems training with IFSCA (Canada). After more than a decade of thriving practice in Slovakia and Canada, I recently relocated to Oxford to continue my work.
Alongside my clinical practice, I serve as support staff for the Stepping Stones and Stepping Deeper training programmes with IFSCA. In this role, I support students in both foundational and advanced IFS training as they deepen their understanding of parts work, self-leadership, and therapeutic presence.
As a Craniosacral Therapist and Functional Manual Practitioner, my intention is to create a supportive space where the body’s natural healing potential can flourish. By addressing both physical and energetic imbalances, I aim to facilitate a greater sense of ease, alignment, and well-being. My methods integrate intuitive sensitivity with a strong foundation in anatomy and physiology, allowing me to tailor treatments to each client’s unique needs.
I take a holistic perspective, recognizing the interconnectedness of the body, emotions, and past experiences. My techniques range from gentle, non-invasive touch to guided movements that encourage realignment—always respecting the body’s natural boundaries. Beyond relieving physical discomfort, sessions may facilitate profound emotional releases, empowering clients to experience meaningful shifts in multiple areas of their lives. My aim is not merely to address symptoms but to foster deeper awareness and resilience, helping clients reconnect with their inherent capacity for healing and growth.
My work as an IFS-informed somatic coach builds on this foundation and focuses on the emotional patterns that shape how we think, feel, and respond in everyday life. This offering has grown out of my own process of self-exploration and healing, as well as a steady commitment to supporting others in understanding themselves more clearly and living with more internal coherence. In sessions, I offer a steady, supportive space to slow things down and get curious about emotional reactions, protective strategies, and the underlying parts that shape them.
I draw on trauma-informed approaches, including somatic work and Internal Family Systems (IFS), to support a way of working that stays close to present-moment experience. This often involves bringing attention to the body, noticing emotional responses, and gently exploring the parts that shape how someone relates to themselves and others. My approach is guided, but not directive, allowing space for each person’s process to unfold at its own pace. Over time, this supports a more grounded understanding of internal patterns and a greater sense of choice in how to respond.
Recognizing the importance of presence and alignment in my work, I have made my own inner growth a priority, dismantling personal barriers and healing past patterns. This ongoing journey allows me to approach each client with authenticity, attunement, and deep respect for their unique path.
